---《90年代港產片工業狀態一瞥》所述

關於香港電影工業，有點白頭宮女話當年。本人曾經成立過一個「關注香港電影工業會」組織，當然冇乜人蘇。1995年左右退出電影行時，港產片正值巔峰期，但我也看出當時港產片的發展危機。1998年出版的《90年代港產片工業狀態一瞥--困境的探討及出路》，就是以行內人身份描繪港產片危機的書籍。我在書中說，香港電影業可能會衰亡，當年產量達到50部左右時(注)，就是瀕亡期，因為人才散晒水。不知近年本土港產片產量是多少。

我在書中又說，香港電影業雖然會消亡，但shooting業不會。當時指的是還有廣告片、MV影帶片，等等。今天人人有手機，個個是導演，五花八門的短片，滿坑滿谷，更不用說了。

---「獨聯體」、「中港融合」

書中提出兩大解救港產片危機的辦法﹕一是「獨聯體」，二是一定要走「中港融合」道路。當時盛世的港產片的病徵是「片廠大公司扼殺創作」﹔二是獨立製片公司太像「山寨仔」行業，遂漸侵蝕、瓦解港產片的活力及動力。獨立製片公司應該聯合起來聯合辦公及製作，減輕皮費，限制減量、提煉人才、開拓市場。這個辦法當時俾人笑到面黃，以為是前蘇聯的「獨聯體」。

撰寫此書時，香港還沒有泛黃的政治意識，還沒有排中的本土意識，中國合拍片還沒有盛行，我已提出香港電影的其中一條出路是「中港融合」。時間過去了廿多年，中港合拍片不去說，本土港產片不幸地受意識形態所困，內容多是排中意識，內地人也不愛看本土港產片了。

---現今本土港產片本身爛

不要搞錯，大陸觀眾一直喜歡以前的本土港產片的，愛的就是香港的本土特色(題材)。所以蕭氏的「天水圍的日與夜」等片不能拍的論調不成立。但衰就衰在(近年來)內地人已經有點討厭香港一地，連帶對本土港產片也討厭起來。

這不是主要的，主要的是港產片市場衰落，連帶創作也衰落，就是影片本身拍得爛，誰會去看？試看看反共反中的簫氏父子公司的幾部影片，可以在華南地區上映的，票房都仆(相對上)。我記得一部由醜八怪演員主演及導演的《猛龍特囧》，爛到阿媽都唔認得，內地票房只有600多萬(￥)，唔夠交電費。兩部大片《冰封㣣》更唔使講。

當今的本土港產片病癥，有人話，不單止是市場及資金問題，而是唔識拍戲，唔識拍有水準的戲，遑論好戲，識拍戲的人都返晒大陸。現今網上一些無知嘴炮友看到一些後生仔係度拍些業餘短片，就話可以挽救港產片市場，不知那個跟那個，反智甚。

---香港電影是中國地區電影的一部份？

我一向主張中港融合，於今尤烈。本土港產片的出路其中的一個辦法是，徹底撇除意識形態，躲開限制尺度，拍一些香港特色影片(題材及手法)。要改變一下認知態度了，中國電影已經形成，香港電影作為地區電影，只是中國電影的一部份。目前大陸電影已有不少地區方言電影，一樣可以維持盈利的。

近年來，由於搞項目，一直研究及觀察大陸的電影市場及生態。其一，大陸的限製尺度，對港產片來說，有好處亦是壞處。大陸電影，大部份題材都不能拍，港產片只要懂得躲避尺度，就可自由發揮，競爭力就比較強。比方，大陸地區黃賭毒題材不能拍，但香港就可以避重就輕的拍，也能上映。粵語地區有億多人口，養得起廣東話電影了。

---學識返八九十年代手法、明星因素

其二，大陸電影以及大陸視頻，近年來水準大為低落，原因可能跟港產片盛世時一樣病癥﹕票房高漲、資金泛濫、濫拍、人才稀釋、急功近利，等等。跟八九十年代香港電影比較，一個手指就打低他們。可惜現今香港的影視水準也隨着低落起來，香港已經沒有了影視人才。香港年青一輩只要學識返香港八九十年代的電影手法，就能揾都食。

話說，海外咀炮友黃x澤，也是一個「懂王」，也來評論「蕭氏Vs游學修」事件，提出star的因素，雖然唔知佢噏乜，但點出明星這個點。現今港產片沒落，市場是其一、作品是其二。作品帶不出明星，沒有明星則enrich不起作品，這是一個循環因素。

以前香港電影盛行，倚靠另外的一個因素，是明星。港產片明星以前都倚靠兩間電視台供應，隨着香港電視台水準衰落，產生不到明星，明星源也斷了。 北上搵食的港星、都已經五六十歲了，港產片的有那幾位？

---我們是香港拍攝短片的老祖宗

講返遊學修等人短片，我們可是香港拍攝短片的老祖宗。時維1970年代初，作為電影青年，成立了「衞影會」，一連主辦了六屆香港電影實驗電影展--實驗電影後來改稱為獨立短片。

當時的電影生態和現今不一樣，實驗電影/獨立短片人才都是港產片的生力軍，當時的章國片拍出的《異世之所》短片(片長20分鐘)，轟動全行。該幾屆電影展孕育了後來無數的新晉導演(我走了編劇和製片這條路)。

現今的短片業似乎僅能向「短視頻」方向發展--短視頻在大陸也是一種工業--香港則講不上，香港電影已經沒有景。遊學修等人短片的潛質，坦白說，接不上專業電影這條路徑。還要磨練，主要是劇本創作方面(長片、故事片)，不要沉溺於小趣味方面。(注)

---家庭電影、業餘電影、習作電影

當時我作為實驗電影展的搞手，在「香港實驗電影回顧展76」場刊中說﹕實驗電影只是實驗拍攝人本身，但實現不了電影什麼。當時的實驗電影，雖然迭有創意作品，生氣勃勃，但大多是家庭電影、業餘電影、以及習作電影(電影系學生電影---當時許鞍華也來參加)。

我觀看了遊學修等人10多條作品，坦白說，除了演技一辮之外，平均水準高不過當時的實驗電影。遊學修等人作品除了業餘性之外，其中不少是家庭電影性質---訴說自己的生活處境---他們的故事片，很有趣味。但，多是smart-ass調調，即是香港精叻仔的世界(延續了香港八九十年代的smart-assism)，反缺少了新浪潮電影時代的人文精神，以及反映社會的取向精神。

同時，在YouTube上，我也觀看了不少現今電影學生的作品(習作電影)，對比之下，該等習作電影的戲味比遊學修等人短片濃郁得多，人文性強一些、故事多樣化些、影片也長一點。

從這一點看，電影學生的作品，才可能是香港電影的接班人多一些，網上的咀炮友應該資助他們才是，唔好燈神發下話，就圍屌(他可屌的事，不是這一點)。besides，這其實唔關游學修的事，唔好找饅頭。
